Deborah's Story
Life
My Spouse
My husband and I met at Gulf Shores, Alabama. He immediately stole my heart and eventually swept me away to southern Mississippi. We now live in a very small town, recently bought a house built in the 1860's and moved it to our property, and are now in the process of restoring it.
My Pets
We have a catahoula cur named Boudreaux who is about 3 years old. He is a great pet with a lot of personality.
He recently got married to Daisy, a "Mississippi Brown Dog" and they had 5 cute puppes. We also are housing a stray border collie right now, who doesn't get along too great with Boudreaux. He is a beautiful dog, who we call, BC.
We have a cat named Katerina who used to live in the front yard with Boudreaux, but became jealous of his new...Expand for more
wife and now resides in the back yard. She and Boudreaux come in the house together for a little quality time together.
My Kids
My daughter graduated from The University of Memphis and is currently living in East Tennessee.
My Job
I have a great job at a wonderful school in a rural community in MS. I teach 8th-9th grade Special Ed classes.
I have been very blessed throughout my life. God has given me many things and many people to be thankful for.
College
I attended Memphis State University, Georgia State University and the University of Tennessee. I graduated from Memphis State in 1980 with a degree in Special Education. I finished my Masters in Special Education at William Carey College in Hattiesburg and graduated on May 14, 2004.
