Deborah's Story
WOW! Has it really been 20 Years?! I remember just getting by with grades to get out of Riverdale and now my Husband Coaches there and my daughter will be a Freshman this coming Fall School Year 2008. Family of 5 as you can see from my NOW picture. My Husband, Rob is from South Fort Myers. I know what a trader I am. He went to Bishop Verot and graduated from Cypress Lake. Continued with his degree with a Bachelor of Science from "BULLS" after attending Embry Riddel with his Base Ball Scholarship . Now he coaches Head Defensive Coordinator for Football, Base Ball and the Physical Education Teacher at Riverdale High School. Believe that! Just when I thought I could SNEAK out of that School BARELY at the bottom 10 of the class ( I think Joe Gibson had a lower GPA than I - Just kidding Joe!) and now look where I end up. Right in the middle of the Athletic's. We also run a Sports Camp at the High School over the Summer for kids age from 8 - 15. It is a Sports Camp not arts and crafts. Our Campers just love us on that first morning of drop off at the Raider Gym and by Wednesday (always three days later) to feel the pain of muscels being worked they are hating us. But they seem to come back every year. It is a blast. Our daughter, Keri, is 13 going on 30...Expand for more
. She is so not like her Mother - She has a GPA that is looked at not passed over. She will be attending the International Baccalaureate (IB) Program next year at Riverdale High. How cool to be invited to such an AWESOME oppurtunity. She is very athletic and has a voice that you would have to hear to believe. She sings every where. My sons are Parker, 4 and Trai, 3. They are so ACTIVE!!!! So enough about all of them - just kidding. I am a Mortgage Broker - WOW - I know, this part time job sucks right now. So, full time I am a Cheerleader! Ha Ha! Oh - that was so funny. No, really I am a Party Planner. I know that sounds even funnier. But I am! I am an Area Manager for Jewels By Park Lane. I plan Jewelry Shows, Show my Jewelry, write orders and make a paycheck. Thank GOD! The Broker Business is so HIT and MISS! I have been very successful with my Jewels by Park Lane that I was Number 1 in the Nation last November. That is a big achievement not just for me but for anyone in the Direct Sales Business.
