Debbie's Story

Life IM on face book mainly now Deborah and john rileylV I have more friends than I can count some I am truly blessed with each one. Finished High School in Sacramento, Ca. Attended some college. I stayed in touch with several grade school and high School friends until about 1993. The craziest thing I did in school was take my boyfriends car joy riding and tried to park it back in the same spot..not easy in the end I got caught eee. Lived, loved, cried, and laughed like everyone else. I dated and raced cars with Marlon Turner. He had graduated but I was still a youngester LOL Marlon has passed on but, I remain close to his family. I was in a committed relationship for over 20 years. I was lucky enough to be a part of raising 4 children and I wasn't much older than the oldest daughter. The children and the additional 100 activities kept me young. I loved everything from room mother to cheerleading advisor. Great awesome part and time in my life. Came home one day, our guns, money, his clothes and he himself were gone. BUT I am very spiritual and honestly am hoping for friendship. His new step child attends school with his grandkids so although different at some level it is one big family. My career has allowed me to make loads new friends and family alike. 2011 We are all friends and my current finacee of 4 years John RileyIV and my X are somewhat friends. My X stops by about work related items with Joh n and to eat a big lunch or dinner from time to time. My X remains with teh gal he left me for and we too are friends now. Life goes on!!! School My biggest crush was Marlon Turner. I tried at 12 years old, to beat his 6'3" butt, he laughed and it started a life time friendship. By the time I reached high school prior and after high school we wrenched and raced cars side by side. We started to date and he kissed me for real in my 9th grade. He graduated at least 4 years my senior. We had a blast.. Marlon taught me to drive - get in, here is the shifter, learn to double clutch and never leave your foot on the clutch-- I almost died on HWY 101 what a lesson. BUT for this girl,it was just the LIFETIME taste for speed I needed (or didn't need)at 13 and was racing by 14 and taking more money home racing than any job after school. We watched each others back and had loads of spirit and speed. When most kids were at the Drive IN we were placing bets and warming up tires. Raced each other and he almost always WON dirty dog..haha College Cindy and I were room mates in college. Filled with car pooling and working at a diner. We landed the jobs without knowing a thing about being waitress's but her Dad's g friend worked there and we were kinda cute so we made it. We cried out feet hurt but loved the instant tip cash money gingle in our pockets. We lived in Rio Linda, CA to start and ran as fast as we could to Fair Oaks,CA once we discovered why the rent was cheap..Loads of guns. Yep our first lesson in why rent was cheap! On weekends I raced cars. A little modeling but the big fans lack of privacy and the pulling of the hair made me run for the drivers wheel of a fast mustang over modeling jobs. Workplace I settled into building and working within a water well and construction drilling company. I spent the first few years doing everything from payroll to being a rough neck on the rigs. The first time on an Schram air rotary rig I learned you do not look into the hole when there is a practical joker on the controls and blows 500 PSI out of the hole. I was mad then laughed covered in mud. I too enjoyed pulling this one on new comers. The next joke was when David looked up, held onto his hard hat and I just plain ran about 1000 feet before stopping. I didn't dare look over my shoulder in fear there was a loose rod coming at me. When I came to a st...Expand for more
op, David was rolling in laughter. The following day I planted a fake snake on the rig then I too was rolling and laughing at him. I truly love the outdoors , meeting new comers to our area and the fun of it all. Today, I am ENGAGED. I am a liscensed well driller. In addition, I personally started a water well pump company in 1989. I spent the first 5 years with everyone thinking my employees were my bosses. I can't count the times David would state, "No one will ever buy a pump system from a woman!" We are all like family.. owners and employees. I love the work and running the drill/boom rig to installing the final detail on a storage tank installation. John has taken over the bunsiness and eing he grauated class of 2000 Has more enregy than I do along with 6'2" and 240 pounds can handle it better too! Im bleseed. I sit home with bad ankle and two dogs. Today and sporting I love to ride quads. I own a 500 prediator and a honda a 700 and a 700efi polaris brand builds em strog! . i love riding Mt turner top to bottom in mineral CA. My biggest surprise in life has been KARMA..everything comes back three fold good and bad. To be truly happy is and will always be a wonder? Once you have what you think makes you happy I found in my life it was a dream not real at all. sad but true. I guess that's called break up or divorce. Rite at this moment in time, TRULY HAPPY humm, all my debt paid in the relationship I am right now with a fantastic loyal man.(remained now 4 years yeppie 2011 yeppie) My best friend would tell you, Im loyal giving but most people would tell you Im a workaholic and strong headed boss. As for fashion and dress dress wow been thru it all. I once wouldnt leave my home without makeup and heels on.. Now im comfortable in jeans . Dress up is at best a pair of slacks and a blouse that can fit over my bust line..eeee I share my home with a great finacee and two dogs. MY siblings all liv within miles of myself. My mother now retired but going 70 hours a week. Dad into his church around the corner from my home. Older brother the supervisor of Butte County my sister a grandmother of basketful of children hehe and still a assisitant to local attorney. One of my nephews running a roofing company. one a ob/gyn in Germany the other becoming an attorney and on --I'm Very proud of all of them and their great sucess stories. My finacee works hard so I dont and really cant at this point. I beat myself up in car wrecks and wild driving back in the day.. then to throwin wrenches on a 35 ton rig took its toll. We live in a very small but nice home and pray for CA economy to become better SOONER than later. Im physically ON classmates once every 6 months at best ... love my life PEACE I always wanted to be a nurse when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a crazy idea. As it turns out, they were right. MY hero humm I have many most I am related to -- The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Marlon Turner, because 1st love taught me to drive to live.. If I could improve my home, I'd remodel allow finacee to do it and he did!!! and add on a mater closet . My dream home would be in Ireland. If I won $100 million, I'd give 1 mil of it to friend, then spend the rest on finacee, secuirty and travel. My current age is 100 haha. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be dead married to someone thier own age UGH awful. I was so completely Wrong thank goodness for me!!. My best friend would tell you I'm loyal, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as passionate about many things.. I share my home with fiancee, which I find peaceful he is my best friend. My first job was at 9yrs old, where I got paid 1.00 hr to bababysit & clean. What I remember most about it is hard work. .
