Deborah's Story

Life for me was forever changed on October 31, 2008....my son, Brandon Soliz was killed by a wrong way drunk drive. I want to say thank you to all who have lifted me and my family up in prayer. Please don't let any of your family or friends drive after they have been drinking....life is too precious. Love. Debbie Life.... I live in South Florida and can say my life has been blessed beyond my wildest dreams. My greatest joy in life is my son Brandon Soliz (Father, David Soliz, Class of 1981); who is 23 and is certified as a fire fighter and is currently working on his EMT certification. Workplace I've been working in the commercial real estate field for over 22 years and currently work in aquisitions....so if you have somethings for sale anywhere in the world, let me know! In my spare time I serve on the Board of Directors for the City of Coral Springs CRA and Unsafe Structures Board. I volunteer for the Police Department...and yes, I drive a police car......but no guns are involved. I asked and the Chief said no! Hey, it doesn't hurt to ask! Reserve CERT member for the Fire Department. Also served on the Customer Involved Government Committee.....future City Commissioner......maybe one day. I believe in giving back this world and doing your part to make it a better place for our children.
