from the New York State Education Department. I currently am serving as a member of the Nauset Regional School Committee. I am also on the Board of Directors of the Cape Cod Collaborative (which provides for the educational needs of students with disabilities on the Cape). I volunteer as a Naturalist for Mass. Audubon Society at the Wellfleet Wildlife Sanctuary. I am on the Board of Directors of the League of Women Voters. I serve as a member of the Outreach Committee at the Church of the Holy Spirit in Orleans, Mass.
I enjoy participating in my new book club, walking on the beach or hiking in the mountains with my dog Spy, kayaking, playing tennis with my friends, swimming, and having the opportunity to spend time with my mom.".
