Deborah's Story
Life Changes: I was married for 37 years and now I am by myself. My husband died last May in a car wreck but saved two children. it has been different but life goes on. I have now moved into a new home in town so I am not in the woods anymore. This is great because everything is so close for me now. I have lost a lot of weight and changed my appearence. I still love music, movies, outdoor activities and helping others. I have semi retired but trying to stay active and busy. vent. I feel this is a great charity which lets people become aware of what Cancer is all about. I am a survivor myself and life can be good. I hope we will get some people together so that we can plan a new high school reunion. Please keep me updated with things and people.
Update on life: I have now moved on to semi-retirement and have been involved with several charities such as; Moose International, Relay for Life, YMCA. I am now just substituting for Autauga and Coosa counties. I am enjoying my pool and am trying to get a reunion together for next summer.
