Deborah's Story

After college and a move to Michigan, married, worked as a medical photographer and illustrator, had 3 kids, got a job as a newspaper photographer, got divorced. Single mom for 7 years, then got re-married. Retired from the paper. Life is good. My oldest, Jessica is married and has a beautiful baby girl - Sydney. My 2 boys work for competing delivery services - UPS and DHL. I have 2 stepsons and 5 step-grandchildren. We recently bought a boat and I have learned to love fishi...Expand for more
ng. We take the kayaks along and paddle through the outer mangroves. WHAT FUN! Recently, we became night managers of a wonderful guesthouse on Duval St. and live in an apt. there. We really like where we are right now. Life is very very good. After Hurricane Irma, we moved to New Mexico where I am very involved in the art community. I now have 12 grandchildren (all in MI) the oldest will be graduating from high school and may be going to college in Arizona. Hoe things change.
