Life Life after high school has been pretty good...so far. I went to college and began a career as a dental assistant. I got married in 1989 and in 1993 my hubby and I decided to move to a tropical island!! We left Illinois for Key West, Florida. I've become an avid scuba diver, boater and have reeled in quite a few game fish! I've also had a great opportunity to put my love of animals to a good use by becoming involved with a wildlife rescue organization. I've been able to work with all sorts of animals like hawks, pelicans, seabirds, racoons and even whales and dolphins. We rescue sick, injured or orphaned animals and do what we can to get them healthy and back into the wild. By far, my most memorable experience was working for 4 months with a baby Pygmy Sperm whale...I'll never forget how amazing it was to be so close to such an incredible creature. Since moving here I have had some chances to do some traveling..Mexico, Jamaica and the Bahamas...but it is always nice to get ...Expand for more
