d it seems a good fit more laid back and easy going than up north. I miss being closer to family. My parents and Brother are still in Illinois, and I don't get home near often enough. I lived in Florida for 2 years, and miss many of the people whom I became very close to there.
My kids live in the Dallas area during the school year, so I only see them at breaks, but they are all doing so well, and I am very proud of them. Brent is in College and working full time. Katie is my bookwork, and studies more than I care to think about, but very musically tallented. Alaina is so full of life it's hard to keep up with her. She is fun loving and puts her heart into everything she does. I haven't been in a group that sings in way too long! I miss music! I like to quilt, and paint when I have the time. Most of all I have a great desire to be true to myself today and try to stay in an attitude of gratitude, and make each day count.
