Debra's Story
Debra has been married to Gary Hartmann for 31 years. Her schools include John H. Francis Polytechnic High School and Cypress College. She is very active in the Demcratic party, serving as the chair of the Washington State Democrats Disabilities Issues Caucus, as well as a Precinct Committee Officer. She was a "PLEO" delegate to the National Democratic Convention in 2000. She is an activist in Washington state,
