Debra's Story

Life I am married to a wonderful man named Mark. Our idea of a romantic marriage ceremony took us to a beautiful beach in Maui where we exchanged our vows in 2000. Hawaii is paradise, and we hope to return for our 10 year anniversary. My husband Mark is originally from England...just love that accent! Although I haven't traveled to England yet, we hope to visit soon and meet the rest of his family. Mark and I currently live in the southwest area in Fort Wayne, IN. Mark is a volunteer fireman for the Aboite Township Fire Station and also an EMT. If you have ever known a volunteer fireman, you will know that being the wife of a volunteer is the most demanding job there is. I think we should receive metals for every meal that is just placed on the table when the tones sound for a call. I am very supportive of his efforts, and proud of the work they do. e house and kids that are still at home. I currently work for AON Service Center as a Sr. Payment Processor. After many years of working, I finally returned to college and received my Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management at Huntington College, and graduated with Honors. Working full time and schooling full time was an amazing accomplishment, one I am very proud of. During the winter months, you can find me in front of the fireplace, either knitting or quilting. My artistic talents recently guided me into oil painting. During the summer months, you can find me curled up with a book or trying out some new recipes in the kitchen. I have two fur kids...a dog named Judy and a persian cat named Max. They are best buds. Even if the dog chases the cat, and barks every time you say Max's name....it's her job, so that makes it ok. Besides, it gives the dog some exercise and makes her smile! Hope to hear from some of you!
