Debra's Story
After DHS, I attended NHTI for a degree in nursing, then married my neighbor, also a DHS alum, Jim Miller. I worked for several years as an RN, but when Jim and I became owners of Nordic Stove Shoppe in Dover, NH, I became the bookkeeper. Meanwhile, we had two wonderful children, Megan and Scott. I've learned so much from them! Megan has Asperger's Syndrome (*knowing this partly explains myself, I think) and is an artist (classmates.com wouldn't let me list the website) and my son Scott is married and just moved to Scotland.
I returned to college (Granite State College) in 1993 and received a BPS.
I have been lucky enough to travel cross country, to the British Isles, Japan, Bermuda, Germany, Czech Republic, China, several Caribbean islands, and Canada.

I divorced after 32 years of marriage, but we are now reconciled and living together, though not remarried. We sold the store and are retired, traveling within the US now. Although with our son in Scotland, we may be heading there soon.
Nowadays I spend too much time on the computer and computer games-- help! As I've gotten older I finally have an interest in being more physical and want to begin mountain climbing. I love motorcycles, being a groupie when Jim plays in his rock-n-roll/blues band, and cooking gourmet meals for my friends. But now that I'm older, I'm frustrated that I can't remember like I used to.
I would love to talk to my old pals, but I would be interested in talking to any woman in our class..
We were all just trying to figure it out, I know. :)
