Demita's Story
School
I attended North Hollywood High for my freshman through junior years. While there, I was an alto in Mrs. Vail'sformally Ms. Waltersbeginning and advanced choir. I was also an Honors English and science student and probably a nerd or a teachers pet, at the least, to most who knew me. I moved to the Antelope Valley before my senior year which I completed at Littlerock High (in Littlerock, CA) in 2002.

nd most importantly, a project required in order to graduate. The Project consisted of four key components, which were: a research report, a physical project, a presentation of that project to a panel of judges, and a portfolio highlighting student goals and Senior Project efforts. I chose freelance writing as the subject for my Senior Project, which thankfully I passed. To better aid my experience as a writer, I joined the journalism staff and produced a short novel for my Senior Project.
Workplace
I currently work as a computer lab assistant for two different depatments at my college.
