Dena's Story
Life
I've been married almost 18 years.I have three children,two girls ages 10 and 17, and a boy age 4.
After high school, I went to HCC, then USF. I majored in Dance Education. I taught dance and did modeling part time. After I got married and had my first child I decided to be a stay at home mom. My husband(Doug) was a bank manager. I continued to teach dance and children's theatre at the local schools in northern Tampa. I also performed locally myself. ifornia. My husband wanted to get in the high tech business. We have been here almost 6 years and he is on his third start up company,it has been quite an experience. It is a whole other world than Tampa. We live in the Santa Cruz area right near the beach. Even though my kids keep me busy I still dance and perform with a local dance company. We decided we better learn to surf since we are in a big surfing community. I do enjoy living here it's beautiful, the main thing I miss is the warm Gulf water.
