Life
I attended Brea Junior High, but not Brea Olinda High....just thought it would be fun to see old names....reconnect? My parents moved us up to the "sticks" from Brea....it was a shocker...but the best move ever. We lived in Lassen county for years and I live near Chico now. I don't miss the "ratrace" of Southern California at all....besides it isn't even the same place when I have gone back. I'm a Northern California girl now through and through. I received my degree from Chico State, stayed home for years and now I own my own business selling plants and gifts at The Plant Barn and Gifts in Chico Ca.it's been fun seeing old names. h in the last years...I did the small town mommy track and she was off and running in the world. Maria Duran...I still remember walking to your house and having your mom fix us a snack...can't eat a grilled and buttered tortilla with out thinking about your family. Mrs. Orechaga gave me a soap bar from Spain that I still have in my dresser drawer. Not sure that I was very memorable...pretty quiet...blue eyes, brown hair and I finally got braces at 15...I'm still into running and just being outside...and crafting and woodwork...and of course gardening Well...enough...if you remember me and want to drop me a line...please do...tell me what you remember about me and I will get the old annual out and do the same!!
