Denise's Story
Life
After graduating from Robert E. Lee High School I immediately went to work for the Department of Defense as a clerk typist. I moved to Kansas City in 1986 because I needed a change. I love this City. I went to the local community college in the evenings while working as a legal secretary and got my associates degree in paralegal studies. ul man in 2003 -- my first marriage. We have no children, although my nephew is like my son. He has a daughter, little Kalista, who is the cutest little girl, ever! She calls me "Aunt Grandma." We have 4 wonderful cats. My husband I volunteer for the Heart of America Humane Society, and all of our cats have been rescued. I also have a home-based business selling an antioxidant acai berry juice called MonaVie. Life is good!
