Denise's Story
It's so hard to believe that this much time has gone by. My life in a nutshell. I actually taught high school Art for three years. My first teaching job was summer school at El Camino High!
I was married to a teacher in 1980 and divorced in 1985.
I started a custom handpainted tile mural and hand-painted sink business in Los Altos. I enjoyed that for 17 years and closed the business in 1999. d snow when I visited in the winter. When I moved in I was in ah at the first snow. By the end of the fourth year I was cussing that white stuff and was ready to move down the hill to Murphys. Snow is great to visit but very difficult to live in.
I became a realtor in Murphys in 2003. I live in downtown Murphys and walk to everything I love it! It's a slower pace living in the foothills and it's wonderful for the soul.
My children are my dogs. I had Pomeranians for 30 years. Now I have two little Chihuahuas that I rescued in 2012.
