Well, retirement had HAPPENED!!! I'm sure since I'm used to being off in the summer that this whole reality of being retired won't sink in until about the first week of August when all my teacher friends are going back to staff development days and then starting school. At the moment, I don't think I am going to miss it ...Expand for more
but we will see if that is still they way I feel come August. I really think there may be a few twinges at that point...after all, it has been my life for 25 years. I hope I will be able to spend more time with my children and grandkiddos and just enjoy being able to do whatever I want, whenever I want to do it :-)
