Dennis "Louie"'s Story
Life
Married, 1 Daughter, 2 grandchildren, 4 Great grandsons, Retired for the last time on May 31st, 2018 from working for the Department of Defense as a MEPS Guidance Counselor at Lansing MEPS. Retired from the US Army after 37 years on 1 April 2005. Would like to hear from my fellow friends from Salesian HS and Epiphany Grade School. Am into Street Rods, ATVs, boats, and traveling . My wife and I have been hung up for the last 12 years on taking cruises to the Caribbean and plan on trying to hit all the islands that we can. Even had a chance to cruise the past 2 years with one of my best childhood friends (Dave May). Working on restoring a 2006 C6 Corvette and enjoy going to cruises in and around Michigan. Nothing like "Old School" 60's and 70's era Muscle cars. Also have a 2023 Dodge Challenger 392 Hemi Scat Pack. Had a GREAT time at our 50th High School reunion back in November of 2014. I had such a great time growing up in our "ole" neighborhood. We always had something going on (mostly sports).I think we grew up in the greatest of times!!! I still get to see 2 of my old buddies from the old neighborhood (Dave May and Pa...Expand for more

Retired on 1 April 2005 after 37 years of service. Hired by Department of Defense to be a Civilian MEPS Guidance Counselor at the Lansing, MI MEPS. Haven't quite decided on when to hang it up for good and retire and kick back.
PS.........Finally made up my mind and plan to retire from my DOD job on 31 May 2018!!!
If I won $100 million, I'd give 50% of it to family and friends, and some select charities, then spend the rest on old muscle cars, traveling around the world with my wife and friends, and on anything my little heart desired. You can't take it with you, sooooooooooooooo you might as well enjoy it while you can.
