Greetings CHS alumna or alumnus. I hope and trust you and yours are joyous and prospering. Continued blessings! I'm back in NC practicing Chinese/Oriental Medicine, raising our amazingly happy, bright and engaging six-year-old daughter, trying to landscape the dirt surrounding our new home (I was the general contractor...after building my own cars, clearing a mountain site and building my own home and my own off-the-grid power system I was happy to coordinate sub-contractors to build our new home), writing, studying and practicing Chinese internal arts (taiqi, qikung, etc.). Our home is bilingual (English-Mandarin) and our daughter has convinced me to resurrect Spanish and Italian (fortunately for me, she's not asking for me to resurrect Latin and Classical Greek). In my 'spare time' I'm the soccer parent/children's theater parent/t-ball parent/Aikido and TaiKwanDo parent, and also house-spouse (secretary, shopper, head cook, maid, etc.) while my beloved Yao works full-time in medical research and part-time pursues her MBA (her MD from China and her MHS from Duke Medical School are evidently not enough...).
