Dennis's Story
After graduation I spent 3 years in the Army (somebody had to pay for my education). Yes, I was in Vietnam in 1969 a calvary scout with the 11th ACR, I met Tony Henry there remember him ? I graduated from college(Tennessee) with a degree in Civil Engineering and became a construction engineer working on heavy civil projects across America. Left Dover in 1978 and finally left the States to work internationally doing Project/Construction Management. I have worked thru the MiddleEast and SE Asia, currently I am in South Korea. My home is in Thailand (Rangsit, near Bangkok). Along the way I have learned to speak Thai and have a working knowledge of Arabic. I enjoy traveling the world seeing all the places I would read about as a kid. A lot of roads traveled, a lot of roads to be traveled.

st time was in 06), but my wanderlust always pulls me back to some corner of the globe. For me there is always another construction project to build. My contracts normally give me 6 weeks of vacation a year, so I use the time to see as much as I can.
If anyone wants to vacation in Thailand let me know , the Gulf beaches and islands are very beautiful.
I have completed my Korea assignment and am getting ready for my next move to Indonesia (Jakarta) to build a high-rise. When I was headquartered in Korea, I had the opportunity to work on projects in China, Vietnam, Malaysia and India, so I have been keeping busy building up my air miles and seeing many great places. The Jakarta assignment will keep me there for approximately 3 years, after that I will decide to move to the next location or hang it up. Now I still enjoy the traveling and meeting new friends.
