Dennis's Story
Life
Born in Chicago, Illinois in January 1947. Family moved to Spokane in early 1950's. Moved to the Spokane Valley at about age 8. Attended University Elementary, Bowdish Jr. High and then University High, graduating in 1965. Attended WSU in Pullman and graduated in 1969. Attended Oregon Health Sciences University graduating in 1973. Went into the Navy with first assignment at Navy Hospital Camp Pendleton. Various duty station including ships. did Maxillofacial Surgery residency in Pittsburgh. Moved to Salem, Oregon in 1985 and been in solo practice since then. Stayed in the Navy Reserve. Got called up for Desert Storm for 4 months and was actually out in the desert digging out shrapnel from all sorts of places. Along the way I got married and divorced twice and am married now for the third time and think I got it right this time. Have two great sons and two great step daughters.
