Dennis's Story
Life
Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY.
Attended Lincoln H.S. 64'-68' went
to S.V.A. in NYC also attended The
Art Students League in NYC and Herbert Berghof School for film direction. Made a living as a commercial artist and designer.
Moved to RI in 1979 with my wife,
she is from Canarsie, we bought a
house which we have since built studios in (she is a photographer)
we have two children, a boy, and a girl. We work side by side in our studios ( I paint portraits now)
we have alot of land and can never seem to rake all the leaves...Expand for more
that fall in autumn. We live in a sleepy New England village with
some of the best beaches on either coast, really! I've been on both.
The natives keep them a secret. My son just started College at a nearby
University, my daughter will start in the fall of 2006. My wife and I home schooled both our children. If you have the opportunity to do that, I highly recommend it. We have a dog, two parakettes and about 20 chickens. Our house is a Victorian Painted Lady, I thinks its got six colors very ornate, very
New England.
