Life I live in the small town of Rio Vista in the heart of the Sacramento Delta, I have two sons. One is 37 and lives in San Jose, the younger one is 17. I took a slight twenty year kid break so... I had worked in the plastic industry since 73" but in the year 2007 after 34 years I had my fill, call it burn out or whatever, I was just tired of all the constant B.S. the mfg. industry had to offer. I then enrolled into truck driving school looking to do something 100% different than what I was doing. Since then I've worked for a large transportation company and have been to all the continental 48 states. I saw more in my first 6 months than I had previously seen in all my previous years put together. Being on the road for long periods of time was taking its toll on my young son so I made the decision to work local. I then worked for a local company driving food grade pneumatic and liquid tankers hauling oils, chocolate, sugar, oats, malt, plastic, etc... and was happy to say that I was able to spend more time at home.
