Dennis's Story
Life
I have been blessed with two beautiful daughters, Jennifer and Kristin and two wonderful grandchildren. Jennifer and her husband live on the east coast of Florida, in Jupiter. Kristin, her husband and their two children, Mason and Jill, live in the DFW area of Texas near our home.
Military
After graduating from CHS I joined the Army in 1969. After Basic Training and School I was stationed near Detroit, MI for a year. I was ordered to Europe and stationed in the heart of West Germany...Expand for more
. I was discharged in March 1972.
After being discharged from the Army, my family and I moved back to Indiana and I returned to work with Cummins. We moved to Texas with Cummins in 1981. I retired from Cummins in 1998 and had a couple of mini-careers after that.
In May of 2005 I was stricken with bacterial meningitis. I am currently disabled but am on the long road of recuperation.
HISTORY
The best times of my youth were summers spent with friends at Donner swimming pool and park.
