Denzil's Story
I'm Denzil Acuff; the first picture in the yearbook. After graduating I went to DMACC for one year in Boone. I worked five years at Carney's Auto Salvage and then 11 years at the Archway Cookies bakery in Boone followed by 17 years as an independent Archway distributor in central Iowa. Then I was employed at CDS Global in Boone for 11 years. The last nine years I've been part time at the Fareway store in Boone.

randdaughters and then four great grandsons, and three great granddaughters, two more greats on the way.
My favorite movie is "African Queen", favorite TV show, NCIS, favorite book (after the Bible) is "The Boys in the Boat".
The most important event after graduation was in September 1970 I became a Christian and have been serving Christ ever since.
Sharon and I have been to our 10th, 20th, 30th, 40th and 50th reunions and plan to be at our 55th.
We have been all 50 states plus Canada and Mexico.
We look forward to seeing you at the 55th.
