Denzil's Story
I'm Denzil Acuff; the first picture in the year book. After graduating I went to DMACC for one year in Boone. I worked five years at Carney's Auto Salvage and then 11 years at the Archway Cookies bakery in Boone followed by 17 years as a independent Archway distributor in central Iowa. Then I was employed at CDS Global in Boone for 11 years.The last five years I've been part time at the Fareway store in Boone.

t granddaughters and two great grandsons, two more greats on the way.
My favorite movie is "African Queen", favorite TV show, NCIS, favorite book (after the Bible) is "The Boys in the Boat".
The most important event after graduation was in September 1970 I became a christian and have been serving Christ ever since.
Sharon and I have been to our 20th, 30th and 40th reunions and plan to be at our 50ths.
We have been to 49 states plus Canada and Mexico and would like to visit the remaining state soon (Alaska ). Look forward to seeing you at the 50th.
