Derek's Story
College at Michigan State University. Electrical Engineer. Worked at GM from '94 till '98. Left GM to work at Panasonic Automotive in '98 to present.
Worked as Design / Release Engineer for 5 years at Panasonic and then switched to Sales Engineer for automotive product to OEM's. Currently work in navigation, rear vision, and rear seat entertainment product areas. Met my wife in college, and got married in 1997. We have 3 kids; two boys and a girl. Life is good, harder than I imagined in high school or even college, but kids make you laugh and are a good link to still being a kid. And Elway won super bowls . . .
My interests now are whatever is new for my kids. My oldest likes baseball, drawing, and Guitar Hero III. My daughter likes Disney, playing dress up, and being a mother to our youngest son. Our youngest is still in diapers.
