Kathryn's Story
Well, its been an interesting few years since high school. I went from no goals to getting a college education and a career in law enforcement. Go figure! I moved from Oregon to West Virginia and then California where I've been since 1988. I've survived the eruption of Mount Saint Helens in Portland, flash floods in West Virginia, the Loma Prieta earthquake in San Francisco, and working for the government.
I am now retired and am glad I put in all those hours because it was worth it! I now live in Redlands, CA which is near Palm Springs. Am using all the home remodeling skills I have gained...Expand for more
over the years working on homes and watching HGTV. I split my time between Southern California and Northern.
The snake picture is from my trip in 2007 to Australia. That was taken at a wildlife park. The snake is an olive boa. It was very,very smooth and cool (in so many ways) to handle.
