Desouree's Story
Who am I? .......Desouree(Perry), went to DuSable had good fiends and teachers. I enjoyed being on the Swim Team, writing an article for the DuSable paper on the "Bud Billing Parad" having to do with Black History of our people.
I had art with Mrs. Broughs (forgive misspelling) and Mr. Price (Great Teachers and historians and contributors. I was on girls swimming team. I love music (smooth jazz,R&B and some Rap). I love plays and a good movie filled with suspence and some romance, not much of the romance because it takes something away from the movie..............you know what I mean. I am outgoing and frindly and love travel when I can ............hard with kids for me right now, so getting away when can is great. I don't have long hair any more to much to take care of and I was I guess what they called square or the nice girl in school. I always wanted to be a teacher when I grew up. g. to see a good movie, or just have a relaxing bath,comfy bed, some ice cream and a mystry game on my computer games. Oh yah! and the kids gone for the day or over nite stay with there friends.mmmmmmmmmmmboy, it's sooooo peacful. If I could improve my home, I'd remodel kitchen and add on a extra bath. My dream home would be Ranch style. I was 11yrs., and I road off on a bike with a boy from the neighberhood calling myself learning to ride a bike, got caught by a friend of my dads'and when I got home who was waiting for me.......right, it was my dad with a belt, oh yah, the boys' dad whipped him as well. A nice bath and a bowl of ice cream or a good movie, or music and the kids gone for the day or night. That times change, technology changes but we never change as kids if we keep that young at heart attitude.
Its 2016 now my twins are grown on there own; I'm a grandma now to a beautiful little girl (Mia) been married now going on 26 yrs. retired now traveling some now.
