Dexter's Story

Hi to all. After graduating from Conetoe High School in 1970, I attended Elizabeth City State University, graduating in 1974. While at ECSU I pledged Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity. Being blessed, I was employed by Allstate Insurance Company in 1976, working there until retirement in 2013. I live in Charlotte NC, having been here since 1975....Expand for more
Currently divorced, I have two sons (30 & 27), and two grandchildren. Love being grandpa! I am still a sports fanatic. Go Carolina Panthers & Charlotte Hornets! I try to stay active, believing a strong body helps us sustain a strong mind. I don't know my future life story, but I try to enjoy every day, seeing each as a true gift from God.
