Diana's Story
Life
I became Dr. Haytko in 1997 and now teach at Missouri State University in Springfield, MO. I was just promoted to Full Professor of Marketing with Tenure, teaching both undergraduates and MBA's. I love living in Missouri (never thought I'd say that) because the weather is great, cost of living cheap. In fact, I just built my dream home, 5400 sq ft for just me with a 120" tv screen for the Broncs. I'd love to hear from you, so drop a line...I can be found all over the web. I check my "face" in the "book" most often.
I've also been very involved in my favorite sport, football. I have been involved in recruiting at several schools including working with LT at TCU. Now, I recruit for MSU every week and spend game days on the sidel...Expand for more
ines and in the locker room. It's the most fun I've ever had with a sport. I've learned more about football by being with the coaches in the locker room at halftime for adjustments and being on the sidelines then ever before.
I run our campus in Dalian China so I spend lots of time on the other side of the world. I spent July as the visiting scholar at the University of Salford and the University of Manchester, England. Next summer, I'm presenting at a conference in Oslo, Norway.
Travel has been important to me. The most beautiful places I've been are Moorea and Bora Bora. Seeing an opening night opera at the Sydney opera house was really memorable. I haven't been to Africa or South America yet, but I'd love to retire in Panama.
