Diana's Story
After graduation headed straight to UNT where I got my Masters degree in Education and met my husband of 19 years. He took me to Venezuela where we lived for 5 years and returned due to political and family reasons. Returning to Dallas/Plano for 4 years, he rejoined the US Navy and that has taken us to Corpus Christi, TX; Ventura, CA; Rota, Spain; Austin, TX; and currently Virginia Beach, VA. No kids yet. the 8 cities and 3 countries I've lived. I've also been a Navy Family Ombudsman and advocate for military family issues. My travels and overseas experiences have helped me appreciate and enjoy other cultures. I'm currently involved in learning Middleastern bellydancing and music. In a couple years down the road, I hope to be settling back in the Dallas area where I can finally settle down and be close to my dear family and loyal friends.
