Diana's Story

2022 Born in Victoria, BC Canada, raised in San Jose, lived for 11 years in San Diego, moved to Sparks, NV in 2003 and again in 2005. Two children, 6 grandchildren. My oldest daughter and I owned a cake supply store in Reno until 2016 when I closed the store and officially retired. When I was helping find people for our 51st reunion, I discovered 4 other '63 grads from Pioneer living here. Lynnda Godward Frishof has become my best friend here. Occasionally the graduates living here get together for dinner. I have also hosted a couple of mini reunions with Lynnda Godward Frishof, Linda Frack English...Expand for more
, Lorre Bernadas, Ernie Mandere, Jon Holcolm and Jim Beasworrick. I have a daughter who lives in Waukesha, WI and a daughter who lives in Paso Robles, CA. I love traveling to visit. My oldest grandson returned to Reno 2 years ago, 4 grandkids are in various years at a variety of colleges. My youngest grandson will be starting high school in a couple of weeks. I love genealogy, have done my DNA and have met "cousins" from all over the world. I'm a reunited adoptee and enjoy helping other adoptees connect with their birth families. If any of you are visiting the Reno/Tahoe area please look me up.
