Diana's Story
I always wanted to be a Teacher when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a natural idea. As it turns out, they were correct. I've taught 4th grade and 6th grade. I currently teach 7th grade Math at an NISD Middle School.
My hero is my mother who was born profoundly hearing impaired and has now gone blind as the result of Retinitis Pigmentosa. In spite of her sensory losses, she continues ...Expand for more
to be a beautiful, gracious, and courageous woman.
What I've learned from my physically handsome and spiritually beautiful 26 year old son is that being his mother is my greatest joy and accomplishment in life! What I learned from my favorite teacher, Mrs. Speert (remember her from Roosevelt?), is that life is short and you should always tell the people you love how you feel about them on a daily basis.
