Diana's Story
After graduating from U of M I soon moved to Washington D.C with my husband and attended Catholic University for my MSW. Social work was my career for the next 10 years or so, for Montgomery County Maryland, before I switched to computer programming. Capital Hill was an exciting place where I worked for Amtrak and the Assn. of American Railroads, and later for GEICO Insurance, from which I retired two years ago.

eake Bay were our playgrounds, as we have long enjoyed teaching whitewater canoeing and sea kayaking. We've also enjoyed extensive travel, frequently touring in Norway where I have family, and the sea kayaking is amazing!
But after 43 years in the DC area, my husband and I recently moved to Madison, WI and are thoroughly enjoying this refreshingly uncrowded and relaxed area, and all the nature, culture, lakes, beer and cheese. Plus, it's closer to Minnesota!
