Diana's Story

I am married to Robert Landen. My husband is also a graduate of Homestead Sr. (1983). I have two children, both boys. My oldest child is 19 years old and just enlisted in the Navy. He was accepted into the Nuclear Propulsion Program and I am very proud of him. My youngest son is 13 years old and attends the Zoo Magnet School and wants to be a Veterinarian. for a company called Torbert Produce, owned by Tommy Torbert and I am a bookkeeper. My husband, Robert, works for the City of Homestead as the Parks, Recreation and Services Director and is also a Homestead Police Officer. We have been married for fifteen years and are very happy. My husband is set to retire in August of 2009 and we intend to move to Southern Georgia.
