Life I am married to Jeff - we just celebrated our 9th anniversary in March of 2006. This is my second marriage. My first husband died of cancer. Unfortunately, I was never able to have children. But - as it was high school, we have a bunch of horses, a couple of cats, and 1 dog. Our dog, Joey the Poodle King, is a toy (8 lbs) chocolate poodle, and truly believes that the world revolves around him. We live in Eagle Pont, Oregon - near Medford. It's the Southwestern area of Oregon about 30 miles north of the California border. I moved up here in '94 with my first husband right after the Northridge quake. The small town rural atmosphere was attractive, in addition to the fact that there is acreage available. This area has grown tremendously: traffic is sometimes a mess, and real estate prices have skyrocketed (yeah for us that own property). There is still acreage available, and there's lots of recreation in the immediate area: skiing, rafting on the Rogue River, fishing, camping, hiking... We have 16.5 acres; we grow our own hay for our 6 horses. We have thoroughbreds and Arabians - 1 is an Anglo Ara...Expand for more
