Diane's Story
After high school, I went on to Texas Wesleyan University to get a BBA, where I worked in the computer lab from sophomore year on. (Freshman year I worked in a daycare managing 5-7 year-olds.)
After getting my BBA, I worked in Fort Worth for a couple of years writing technical and user documentation for computer systems, software and hardware. That led me to a job in Raleigh, NC doing the same thing, but traveling all over t...Expand for more
he country. After a couple years of that, I settled down with a company in Raleigh, still doing technical writing.
Over the last few years, I've transitioned from technical writing to web design and maintenance (mostly the latter), but still with the same company. Along the way, I've had friends, cats, loves, heartaches and life-changing revelations. But now, I'm happily settled with my soulmate and a house full of cats (4).
