Diane's Story
Life
Many years have gone by, so much to tell and to put into words. I was professional painter for over 21 years and was injured in 1999. Due to the injury I sustained, I had 3 major back surgeries. Still going strong and hanging in there! My first marriage ended in the year 2001 and in 2004 I remarried. My second husband is my life line in my existing world in which I live. I have one son who is now 29 years of age.He is a song writer and singer with his own band, making CD's and trying his best to make it big in the world,aside from working. My grandson is 3years of age and his name is Strazh, a russian name my son and my grandson's mom decided upon. I am very interested in hearing from my classmates and anxious to see all of you at our reunion...Expand for more

Aside from all things I have been writing poetry for years and am trying to write a book about our disabled veterans and how much they mean to me, and should mean to the world! Give to the DAV they are well deserving of it. Some have no families and yet they gave their lives for us. So salute them and let them know you care.
My second marriage took place in Key west Floriday in 2004 on July 1st. What a wonderful love the second time around! He,my husband Philip Pennestri, is my rock and all that I stand for in life. I hope that you can say your life, or marriage is the same and means your life to you too. I don't have more than one child but I am proud of my son Philip.~Diane.
