Diane's Story
Hello Classmates! How are you doing? I am blessed. I am doing well. Have been married 49 years, have 3 children and 4 grandchildren who are the lights of my life. I have lived in Grand Rapids all of these years. It has been a good home to me and my family. I have had some interesting jobs ...... more like hobbies instead of careers but I have enjoyed them all. I have volunteered at several organizations while our children were younger and most recently I have served on the ICC Alumni Board and the ICC College Foundation Board. I enjoy meeting new people and have met some fine friends on these boards. As you may know, I have been active in class activities. Our GRHS Class of 1968 Group Facebook page (open only to the class of 68) was created so we can communicate with each other. ffee or another gathering, any class news (happy or sad) and lots of photos. Since our 40th class reunion, our class has met as a group regularly. This has been a great deal of fun and everyone is included. I like to keep all of you informed regarding our class. If your email, mailing address, etc has changed please let me know. The 55th GRHS Class of 1968 reunion is planned. It is Friday, August 11 at the Timberlake Lodge in Grand Rapids at 4:00 p.m. If you are interested in attending but have not registered, contact me. Saturday we will meet at Tioga Beach at 11:00 a.m. to have a bbq and pontoon rides. That time is from 11:00 a.m. ~ 4:00 p.m. Let’s keep in touch! I hope everything has been going well for you too.
