Diane's Story
Hello eveyone! Well, life is crazy busy, as always. I have been married for 20 years to Robert Vandermay. We have 2 beautiful daughters 15 and 10. I attended Cal Poly, SLO for 2 years, starting in Mechanical Engineering. I then decided to switch majors and headed down to SDSU where I graduated in 1985 with a BS in Nursing and became a RN. After working OB/Gyn for a few years I went back to school at UCLA and in 1991 I received my Masters in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. blic health for 5 years. Then I decided to stay home with my kids so I switched to teaching Health part time at a local community college. After teaching for 5 years at the college, a friend passed away and I gave up my "prof" postition and became homeschool teacher for my 2 girls and her 2 girls (ages 3 and 7 at the time). I have been busily being wife, mom, teacher, etc. ever since. I adore my girls...but parenting teens isn't for cowards! :D I love my Lord, Jesus, and look forward to saying "Hi!" to whoever drops me a note. :) Blessings!-Diane <><
