College I attended Caldwell College for Woman in Caldwell New Jersey. My major was English and my related field was Elementary Education. I spent many years teaching in the Elementary School but for the last 20 years I have been teaching at Sayreville War Memorial High School in Sayreville NJ. I teach Reading and English to Freshman and Sophomores ( a far cry from Elementary School). When you evaluate these kids --they are still Elementary students only they are in larger bodies.I have enjoyed this level of student and find the work most rewarding. I do have plans of retiring this June. That will conclude 33 years in the classroom. I believe it is time to do something else!!!!!!!!!!! In June of 06 I retired from teaching in the High School.
