Diane's Story
Life
One of my best accomplishments is my 20 year old son named CJ. He is almost 6'4, blond hair, blue eyes and a great kid. He is attending Presbyterian College, which is a private college in Clinton, SC which is outside of Greenville. He is planning on finishing his 4 year degree and moving on to specialize in Geomatics Technology.
Many of you remember my mother, Jane Barbour. I am happy to report that she is doing great and enjoying life in Pawleys Island, SC. If you all can remember, she keeps herself extremely busy and fit. She just turned 77 and looks great. We lost my father suddenly almost 3 years ago. I am blessed to say that he went peacefully, leaving much kindness, love and gentleness behind him. and Dad were married over 52 years, that in its self is such and accomplishment.
Workplace
After spending over 15 years in the mortgage banking industry, I decided to leave due to the fact that I had a scare with cervical cancer. Go Figure! Fortunately for me, it was not serious and I went to assist my husband with his business for the next 5 years. He sold the business over a year ago and I am back in the mortgage banking industry. It is truly a blast and I have been given the great opportunity to share my knowledge of the industry in helping others obtain their dream. In the spare time, I have been known to race BMW's, spend time at my Mom's beach house, garden (huge passion) and just enjoy being in my forties!
