Hi All, Here's my story. After high school and a time at Mt Sac and PCC, I was hired by TWA as a "hostess." Told them I love to travel and I love people. It lasted for 38 years, what a ride! The world is vast and beautiful place, people are basically the same the world over. Some good and some are not. I have been blessed, seen things, been places and met people I would have never dreamed of. Lots of great memories. My next career was Real Estate. Well it started years ago when I was still in CA. Today I hold a WA Broker's License and AZ sales license. I am living in Phoenix AZ, working full time at John Hall & Associates Real Estate in their Paradise Valley office and live in Central Phoenix. The market here is very segmented. The lower end properties are "HOT" it's a seller's market. Mid range homes up to $450,000. are more of a "normal" market and the high end properties, well the worst is yet to come. They are on the way down. Days on market is over 5 years. There are some great deals in all price ranges. Contact me if you are interested in any information.
