Dianne's Story
Life
I was involved in the future nurses and future teachers club in HS. Well, I teach nursing. Prophetic. I specialize in maternal/child nursing and taught at Wayne State for 10 years. I now teach at Oakland Community College. I love teaching and nursing. I also run a business out of my home consulting with attornies on medical malpractice cases.
I was widowed in Aug 1999 and am finally adjusting to it. I fulfilled a dream of a lifetime in March 2004 by traveling to Beijing, China on an International Nursing Study Tour. I have ...Expand for more
2 children, 5 grandchildren ranging from 9 to 25, and a 1 1/2 yr old great grandson They are the blessings of my life.
I am politically active and would like see bribery (lobbying) as a crime. I believe health care is a right and I am passionate about it. Health care is a resource to share as is the library, police dept, and fire dept. I believe in medicare for all. The health of a nation is only as strong as its weakest member. Right now, our health (illness) care system is only good if you have enough money or do not get sick.
