Dianne's Story
My husband, Lee, and I lived in No.VA (Wash. DC area) for over 20 years with our daughter, Heather, born in 1977. He was an attorney with the Treasury Dept., and after 10 years with IBM, I left and got my VA real estate license.
In 1996 we "semi-retired" and moved to New Bern, NC (Eastern Coastal area). Heather graduated from ECU then moved to Raleigh, NC, where she managed a team at G4S (insurance investigation firm) for 12 years. Heather passed away in March 2...Expand for more
013 ... the most devastating part of our lives, as we were very close to her. I pray every day to the good Lord, to give me the strength to endure ... since I know that Heather would not want us to be sad all the time.
I've worked as a Realtor for 38 years. Opened a Keller Williams Realty franchise with a partner in New Bern in 2005. Still involved in teaching classes and coaching real estate agents, which I enjoy doing.
Love to travel, play golf and garden.
