I joined the Navy in July of 1980 and was shipped off to boot camp in Orlando,Florida for 8 weeks and then was sent to Cecil Field N.A.S. to become a jet engine mechanic. I spent the next 12 years right there at Cecil field and became a jet engine mechanic building engines for many different types of aircraft. During my 12 Years I got married and had 2 sons and I served during desert shield and storm.
