Dick's Story
After graduation in 1959 I moved to Radford.
Attended VA Tech for a couple of semesters until I figured out I wasn't cut out for college.
Attended New River Vocational Technical School. Graduated with an Associate Degree in Drafting & Design.
Joined the Air Force in September 1961. Bases were Lackland AFB, TX; Keesler AFB, MS; Prume & Wassakupe AFB Germany; Key West NAS,FL; An undisclosed location in SEA; Griffiss AFB, NY. Discharged in May 1969 and moved back to Radford.

Founded a Construction Consulting Company in 1989. I traveled Nationally as well as Internationally.
Married Peggy Dalton from New River, VA 42 years ago. We have two children (boy & girl),three granddaughters ages 11 yrs., 6 yrs., 2 yrs. and two grandsons ages 9 Mo. and 4 Yrs.
Now retired from my Consulting business and am in charge of "Do Nothing Operations". That means I ride our Gold Wing a lot, play a little golf and occasionally go fishing and generally do not get in a hurry to do anything.
That is my story and I'm sticking to it.
