Bryan's Story
I stayed in Northridge until around 1989, dabbling in school and working as an AC/Refrigerator repair man. I moved to Sacramento in 1989 and have been here ever since. I got involved in computers in 1995 immediately after graduating from American River College with an A.S. degree in Math. I learned computers as a hobby but then I went on to earn a B.S. in Information Technology here at CSUS. I now work for Apple Inc., in a job I just started after being laid off in the big Intel layoffs that happened in 2006. I support educational institutions at Apple, providing...Expand for more
these customers with technical support as well as sales and account service. I enjoy working in this area, because I feel like I am helping students all over the country gain a better education. I finally got married at the age of 33, and now I have 2 girls Amanda May born in 1997 and Sarah born in 2006. My wife Kimberly and I own our home here in Sac and we have lots of family nearby. I was a "stoner" in Jr Hi and High School, so I was more of a background person than a well-known guy. Neither my wife nor I do any recreational drugs, but we both drink socially.
