Dina's Story
I graduated from Umana in 1986. I had a son when I graduated. I went on to graduate from Boston University then went into education. I taught elementary school for many years before moving to New York. I got my masters in education from Mercy College in the Bronx where I live.
I teach 5th grade and I love it!!
I still communicate with Neely Burrelle and Lorez Pendleton (albeit sporadically) because we grew up in the same Roxbury 'hood. My mother still lives there but she moved out of Lenox Street and into a new house built nea...Expand for more

I don't visit the city often because I never really liked Boston (sorry, too close-minded for my tastes) but when I do, I enjoy myself with my family.
I got married on April 24, 2010 and I am really enjoying married life (I don't like all this cooking, but the deep friendship and team work aspects are very cool!). My husband wants to have a baby, but I think that's CRAZY because both of my sons are grown and out of the house! YESSSSSSS!!! Why would I start over now???
Life is sweeeeet.
